SpamSucks TERMS OF SERVICE This is SpamSucks' Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time with or without notice to you. This Terms of Service applies to all services provided by SpamSucks. You must agree to the Terms of Service in order to use our services. SpamSucks is an anti-spam service that removes spam from E-mail accounts using a series of whitelisting and blacklisting techniques. Most settings can be determined by the user. Users provide their E-mail account information to add their E-mail account(s) to the SpamSucks Service, which will then check their accounts for spam on a periodic interval and remove spam from their account based on the user's settings. In order to provide users with the SpamSucks Service, users must provide their E-mail account username, password, and E-mail server/server type for each account they want SpamSucks to remove spam from. We will not give or sell any information the user provides SpamSucks with to third parties. You agree to use our service(s) at your own risk. We are not responsible for any problems that may or may not be a result of using this service. SpamSucks, our employees and subsidiaries are not responsible for loss of any data or information, server downtime, accidental deletion of E-mail, corrupted E-mail, lost messages, messages not being received by our users, or problems as a result of hackers. We can not guarantee security of our service, we are not responsible for account information or E-mail content or any other information that passes though our systems being stolen, modified, or intercepted by hackers or anyone else. SpamSucks assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store personal settings. You also agree to not use our service for illegal activities, hack into our servers, or do anything that will disrupt the service of our members or non-members. You may also not sign up for a SpamSucks account if it is illegal to do so where you live. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the SpamSucks Service at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. We also reserve the right to cancel any account or modify any part of any account at any time for any reason. SpamSucks may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of any aspect of the SpamSucks Service at any time without prior notice or liability. We may E-mail SpamSucks users when important news occurs at SpamSucks, such as updated Terms of Service, new features, website updates. All logos, graphics, and text are owned my SpamSucks and may not be taken or used by anyone else for any purpose without our permission. The name "SpamSucks" is a trademark owned by SpamSucks. By signing up for a SpamSucks account or using the SpamSucks website, you state that you have read, understand, and agree to the SpamSucks Terms of Service. Note: the E-mail account you provide here does not have to be the same account that you want SpamSucks to clean spam from. In other words, you may sign up for SpamSucks using any E-mail account you wish.
